AMCHP's New Director Leaders Cohort (NDLC) is a 10 month program for state MCH, Title V, and CYSHCN directors to develop their leadership skills at the state and national level.
Eligibility
Title V administrators (Title V, MCH, or CYSHCN directors or senior reports) who have been serving in this capacity for three years or less.

Cohort Components
Cohort components of the NDLC include one face-to-face meeting at AMCHP Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas (before or after) March 9-12, 2019; an invitation-only listerv; ongoing peer learning; being matched with a mentor, and a series of quarterly webinars targeted around leadership development and pertinent topics to support you in your state role.
