State Title V programs work to ensure the health of infants and children. From newborn screening to coordinating care for children with special health care needs, these services are essential.
AMCHP helps to promote the healthy development of children by helping states coordinate newborn screening, manage state early childhood comprehensive systems grants, improve early identification and treatment of developmental problems, improve healthy weight and physical activity, and partner with other education and human services agencies.
Child Health includes a broad range of focus areas that guide AMCHP's work and partnerships.
