Child Health

State Title V programs work to ensure the health of infants and children. From newborn screening to coordinating care for children with special health care needs, these services are essential.

AMCHP helps to promote the healthy development of children by helping states coordinate newborn screening, manage state early childhood comprehenisve systems grants, improve early identification and treatment of developmental problems, and partner with other education and human services agencies.
