At the present time, there are no rooms available at the Gaylord National Hotel or in any of the other hotels in National Harbor for March 5 and 6.

AMCHP has arranged an overflow hotel in Old Town Alexandria at the Hotel Monaco Alexandria (480 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314), which is 3 blocks from the Alexandria Marina where the water taxi to the Gaylord National Hotel picks up/drops off. Click here for more information on the water taxis. The rate at the Hotel Monaco is $179 a night for a single or double room.

To make a reservation at the Hotel Monaco Alexandria, call 800-368-5047 and reference the “AMCHP OVERFLOW” block. To be placed on the waiting list for rooms at Gaylord, contact Jennifer Leo at jleo@conferencemanagers.com. Jennifer will maintain a list of conference attendees with reservations at the Hotel Monaco Alexandria and will contact those attendees if rooms become available at the National Gaylord Hotel.

Gaylord National Airport Shuttle to Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Gaylord National offers an exclusive, express shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport.
This convenient service departs every twenty minutes from Gaylord National’s front door to
Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim.

Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.

Daily Shuttle Schedule:
6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

SuperShuttle Information
DCA – Upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counters located in Terminal B and C baggage claim area located next to doors 4 and 9. Ticket counters are open daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Guests arriving in Terminal A should proceed outside to the SuperShuttle loading area immediately outside the Terminal A door. Outside of these hours please call 800-258-3826 for assistance.

IAD – Upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counters, located on the lower level just before the East and West exits. After purchasing a ticket our service representative will escort you to the loading areas at 1D and 1E. Representatives are on site from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily. Outside of these hours please call 800-258-3826 for assistance.

BWI – After you claim your luggage, please proceed to one of the two ticket counters - both located on the lower level baggage claim area. One is near baggage claim #1 (Southwest Airlines Terminal – Concourse A) and is open from 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM. The other is near baggage claim #10 (Concourse C) and is open from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM. When counters are closed, please call (888) 826-2700 for information or to arrange service.

Follow signs to George Washington Parkway South (to Alexandria)
Take George Washington Parkway South toward Alexandria
Veer Right at the sign to Slaters Lane. Take a Right at the traffic light onto Slaters Lane
Follow signs to US Route 1 South and merge onto US Route 1 South (N. Henry Street). Proceed on Henry Street through Old Town Alexandria
Follows signs to I-95 North (Maryland)
Veer Right at signs toward I-95
Veer Left toward I-95 (Baltimore/Maryland signs) and merge onto I-95 North /I-495 East (Capital Beltway - Outer Loop)
Cross Woodrow Wilson Bridge toward Maryland
