State Action Plan
AMCHP and MCHB hosted a series of virtual town halls to support state action planning for FY2016 Title V MCH Services Block Grant application.
The purpose of this series was to facilitate discussion among states/jurisdictions and with federal partners regarding successes and challenges related to state action planning, share technical assistance resources and opportunities to support state's work, and answer questions from states and jurisdictions related to the new National Performance Measures, population domains and action planning.
These Town Halls were organized by population domain:

Women's/Maternal and Perinatal/Infant Health
Child and Adolescent Health

Each of the town halls followed the following basic structure with content focused on the population domains:
- Introductions and Overview
- MCHB Resources
- Strengthen the Evidence-Based Project Activities
- Examples from the Field of DRAFT Preliminary State Action Plan Table(s) One to two states or jurisdictions will share an image of their action plan table related to at least one measure for one of that week's population domain and explain at a high level, how they approached development of the table.
