  The findings from a study which identified promising practices being used in 15 study states from the 2000 Needs Assessment.

• Review of the Title V 5-Year Needs Assessment Process in the States and Jurisdictions: FINAL REPORT
  Prepared for HRSA/MCHB by Health Systems Research, Inc in December 2006. This study provides an assessment of how States implemented their Title V Needs Assessments in 2005 and implemented promising approaches among the states that other Title V agencies can learn from and adapt in their own ongoing Needs Assessment and program planning efforts and for the 2010 Needs Assessment for Title V.
