New Important Information on Voting- Submit a Proxy Today!
This year we are allowing proxy voting for the first time. If you cannot attend the AMCHP Annual Business Meeting, please complete a proxy voting form to assign your vote to a proxy. This is important so that we can reach required quorums necessary for conducting business and for voting. Further instructions can be found on the form located here.

Call for Nominations
The Governance Committee is currently seeking several nominations for open positions on the AMCHP Board of Directors. As a board director, you would help shape the policies and positions of AMCHP, represent your Title V peers from across the country, ensure the future viability and financial stability of the organization, work directly with federal partners, and gain leadership in a national association. Nominees must be AMCHP Delegates (as designated by their Title V MCH program member and CYSHCN program member) whose membership is in good standing. Director-at-Large (Full Three-Year Term: April 2016-January 2019)
Determine policies, procedures and regulations for the conduct of AMCHP; ensure the necessary resources, both financial and other, for the operation of AMCHP and its programs; monitor organization performance; and represent the interests and needs of MCH programs across the country. Family Representative (Interim One-Year Term: April 2016-March 2017)
Represent the needs and interests of families as they relate to Title V programs and policy across the country; provide expert knowledge in MCH program and policy development and enhancement at the national, state, and local level; identify and share trends, issues and news with the board and AMCHP staff, including emerging MCH issues and trends impacting states and territories in region as requested by the board and staff; identify opportunities to involve families in the leadership of AMCHP; identify opportunities to increase family leadership capacity at national, state, and local levels. Region V [IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI] Director (Interim One-Year Term: April 2016-March 2017)
Determine policies, procedures, and regulations for the conduct of AMCHP; to ensure necessary resources, financial and other, for the operation of AMCHP and its programs; monitor organization performance; and to represent the interests and needs of MCH programs in your region. [More information]
