AMCHP Searching for CYSHCN Senior Program Manager
This position develops, implements and
evaluates program activities related to children with special health care needs
(CYSHCN), including those with autism spectrum disorders and other
developmental disabilities. The senior program manager will track, analyze and
report on national and state programs impacting CYSHCN and will partner with
relevant federal agencies such as the Maternal and Child Health Bureau and the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Qualified candidates should have a
master’s degree in public health or health and human services related field
with five to eight years of professional experience. Ten years directly related
experience can be substituted for a master’s degree. Direct work in an MCH
state, local and federal public health agency or nonprofit experience

AMCHP Seeking Adolescent Health Intern
AMCHP seeks a graduate student to serve as the
adolescent health intern for the winter/spring 2017 semester. The intern will
work with the child and adolescent health team on a variety of projects and
initiatives. Potential projects include, but are not limited to, collecting and
soliciting best practices related to adolescent health for AMCHP’s Innovation
Station; supporting the development, production and dissemination of issue
briefs, fact sheets and other documents on adolescent health topics; and analyzing
data from the Adolescent and Young Adult Health Collaborative Improvement and
Innovation Network. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a master’s degree in public
