Block Grant Guidance Open for Public Comment
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) published a notice in the Federal Register announcing its plans to submit an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for the revised Title V MCH Block Grant to States Program Application/Annual Report Guidance and Forms. The current Application/Annual Report Guidance will expire on Dec. 31. Through this notice, the agency solicits comments on the proposed changes.
Comments should be submitted to email@example.com or mailed in hard copy to the HRSA Information Collection Clearance Officer, Room 14N39, Parklawn Building, 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20857. All comments must be received within 60 days of publication of the Federal Register notice.
