Middle Years Development Instrument (MDI)
Maternal and Child Health Life Course Research Network
May 8, 1-2 p.m. PT
The MDI is a self-report questionnaire that asks children in middle childhood about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The MDI is one of the first survey of its kind to gather information about the lives of children both in school, in the home and in the community, from their own perspectives. The webinar will include information on the development of the MDI and provide examples of the ways that educators and communities have used MDI data to make positive change for children.
