Apply to AMCHP's Innovation Station
Do you have an effective or innovative MCH practice you'd like to share and include in AMCHP's Innovation Station? AMCHP is accepting submissions for its spring best practices review. Submit your practice by completing the online or Word version of the submission form by April 5. For additional resources to help you submit your practice, visit the Best Practices page or contact Lynda Krisowaty (email@example.com).
Replication Project RFA Now Open
Would you like the opportunity to replicate an effective practice in AMCHP's Innovation Station? Consider applying for the Best Practices Technical Assistance Replication Project. Every year, AMCHP grants up to three technical assistance awards of $10,000 each for states and territories to replicate or adapt an existing emerging, promising, or best practice in Innovation Station. The Request for Applications can be accessed here. All applications are due to Lynda Krisowaty (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 5. To learn more about the potential benefits of participating, watch this video, in which two previous recipients share their experiences.
AMCHP's Innovation Station Practice Summaries have a new look!
AMCHP is in the process of updating the practice summary forms you see in its Innovation Station Database. The new forms outline the "how to" behind each Innovation Station practice and make it easier for you to implement the practice in your community.
We're calling the new forms Implementation Handouts. They include information such as:
- Core practice components and activities
- Timeline of practice activities
- Practice cost
- Key partnerships
- Details on building internal capacity to support the practice
