AMCHP's Innovation Station Practice Summaries Have a New Look!
AMCHP is in the process of updating the practice summary forms you see in the Innovation Station Database. The new forms outline the "how to" behind each Innovation Station practice and make it easier for you to implement the practice in your community.
The new forms, called Implementation Handouts, information such as:
- Core practice components and activities
- Timeline of practice activities
- Practice cost
- Key partnerships
- Details on building internal capacity to support the practice
