Nearly 1,000 Attend Annual Conference
Some 931 leaders, researchers and staff who work in maternal and child health attended the AMCHP 2018 Annual Conference on Feb. 10-13 in Arlington, Va. – the second-highest attendance ever, nearly reaching the mark of 957 set last year in Kansas City, Mo. They learned from and engaged with each other through 72 workshops and skills-building sessions, along with riveting keynote speeches and panel discussions at three plenary sessions, all built around the theme, "Staying Focused: The Enduring Commitment of MCH to Families and Outcomes."
Those who registered for the conference can see slide presentations and handouts that were provided by the speakers on the desktop version of the mobile app. Watch this space for upcoming information about video recordings of popular sessions, as well as photos.
