State Title V MCH Internship Program Opens Applications
The National MCH Workforce Development Center will support up to eight, two-person teams of maternal and child health (MCH) students to participate in internships at state Title V programs in the summer of 2019. The internship program aims to support state Title V agencies in implementing a meaningful project of their choice and to provide future MCH professionals with exposure to state Title V agencies and leadership training.
The interns receive training in leadership, team-building, and mentoring, as well as exposure to resources and learning modules focused on Title V, the health care environment, and methods and approaches in health transformation.
