Temi Makinde joins AMCHP as the program associate, women's and infant health. Temi previously interned at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where she provided direct support for reports and presentations surrounding the safety of pediatric medical devices and the efficiency of mobile medical apps. Prior to FDA, Temi held the position of vice oresident WETATI (Women Empowered to Achieve the Impossible), a student organization, that serves to empower women physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. Temi earned her BS in community health from the University of Maryland, College Park.
