February 18, 2021 In recognition of the importance of mental health to the well-being of women and children, we will use this space to highlight resources for MCH professionals to support their own mental health, as well as the mental health of those they serve. February 10, 2021 AMCHP CEO issued a statement in response to the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s release of legislative text for COVID-19 relief legislation that includes a provision to support state efforts to extend Medicaid coverage in the postpartum period.

August 31, 2020 AMCHP is working with CDC’s Division of Reproductive Health to support states in planning, preparedness, and response efforts in the event of a natural or manmade emergency.
